By using Catch, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

What Catch Is

Catch is a cat-tracking app that lets you log cats you encounter, share sightings with friends, and track breeds. The app is provided as-is and may change or be updated at any time.

Your Account

• You must be at least 13 years old to use Catch.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
• You can delete your account at any time from Settings.

Your Content

• You own the photos and data you add to Catch.
• By posting content publicly (encounters, comments, likes), you grant Catch a license to display that content to other users within the app.
• You agree not to post content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, or violates the rights of others.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app to harass, threaten, or impersonate others.
• Upload content that is obscene, violent, or promotes harm to animals.
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the app's operation.

Content Moderation

We may review reported content and remove anything that violates these terms. We may also suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate these terms.

Disclaimer

Catch is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, data preservation, or the accuracy of breed classifications. Use the app at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Catch and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
